I went to the doctor for the first time in four years the other day. I think I was branded as a dirty stop-out upon my entry, because I was subsequently there for three and a half hours, which more than compensated for my prior stretch of uninterrupted, sunny good health. Bastards. At least I was mollified by being properly ill and prescribed something.

Also, I was today lucky enough to test the theory that nothing cools ardour more effectively than having its object kick you squarely in the crotch. I should at this juncture point out that a) it wasn't my fault, and b) I am now slightly conflicted.
